Two buses and a train through the very pretty Dordogne river valley with magnificent chateau and villages, blossoming trees and greenery. Arrived at a tiny station with and hour and a half until the train came…no cafe so we improvised, raided Louise’s stores of gourmet products and scrounged up some fresh bread and red wind for 3 euros from the service station across the road. Set up our picnic in the waiting room and enjoyed our bottles of “Chateaux des Servo” as Kisane aptly named it.
