Luchon to San Sebastian..

Travelled by private transfer to San Sebastian in the Basque, Spain. The border crossing soon became quite evident with different architectural styles. Checked into our pensione which is ok but we all agree a bit gloomy or something! We had an orientation tour of the city which has a lovely sandy bay and is located on the Atlantic ocean. We climbed Monte Urgull Mendina which has a large statue of Jesus presiding over the whole of San Seabastian. There is an interesting old quarter full of shops and bars which serve the Basque specialty “Pintxos” which means snacks served at the bar. We lunched on these and had two different lots at two different bars before final drinks at the Havana Bar. My i-photo is not working on my mac book air so no photos which is really annoying. Looks like technical assistance will have to be sought at the Apple store in Madrid. So, no pics I guess until. Hope its not major!!! Murphy’s Law!
