Joined the students from the language school for drinks on the terrace at Wine bar Lucevan Le Stelle before dinner with Jen, Ruth and Anne who we farewelled. Jen moved into my apartment for a week to continue her studies at Il Sasso language school, so its nice to have some more company. Clare from Texas had lunch with us and a lovely afternoon relaxing and spending some time on the terrace in the cool shade of the pine. Sunday was Jen’s birthday so after some dolce we went to Lucevan Le Stelle and Clare and Lucy(UK) met us to share a bottle of Prosecco then a bottle of Italian style champagne. We then came home and had a ‘pot luck’ dinner or as we know it  ‘bring a plate’ dinner on the little terrace with Carol(Canada) and Karen( Texas, USA). I felt sorry for the girls the next morning as they all had to get up and go to Language classes!
