Il Sasso Reunion…

A great catch up in Sydney in March with Jen, Anne and Ruth who I met at Il Sasso language school in Montepulciano, Tuscany, Italy last June. Caught the ferry to Cockatoo Island for the Biennale and a drink at the bar…they must have known we were coming as they had jugs of Aperol Spritz! Back at Circular Quay we shared some prawns, oysters and prosecco before catching the iconic Manly Ferry for a cocktail at Papi Chulo followed by dinner at Criniti’s Manly (Italian of course).  Passed the Opera House on my way back to the very hip and stylish QT Hotel in Market Street. Such a great day!ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Jo gets married…

The girls gathered at Blackheath to celebrate Jo and Todd tying the knot at Evans Lookout, Blackheath on Saturday 15th March. Caroline, Bronwyn, Jo and I stayed at our lovely holiday house in Blackheath and we joined Ann,Richard,Karen and Ian starting the celebrations with dinner at Merediths on the Friday night which was just superb! Coffee , Lunch and shopping in Blackheath on Saturday morning of course followed by the Polecats acting the ‘bridesmaids’ as Jo prepared for her nuptials. A truly beautiful ceremony complete with storm and rain and lots of glasses of Grant Burge bubbles. Dinner was a sensation at Solitary and we rounded off the weekend with a  fabulous breakfast at Ann’s home. I feel very special to have such wonderful friends and be able to celebrate the union of two beautiful people truly in love.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage
