Salt Marsh Lamb….

Harrisons the Butcher in Leigh on Sea is a good old fashioned meat shop and sells lamb fed on the salt marsh grasses around Maldon (yes..where Maldon salt comes from) in the local area. I bought some for dinner and along with this showcase of local cuisine is the famous Birdwood Bakery sourdough which we have fresh everyday. Mabel is very excited!ImageImage
